Each day at Coco's we mix up the sessions, while we are predominantly Weight Based focuses the sessions are as follows.

Monday -Weights/Leg day

Tuesday - Boxing and HiiT

Wednesday - Functional Fitness

Thursday - Weights/Core day

Friday - Weights/Upper Body and Arms

1 on 1 Training

1 on 1 Training at Coco's allows for the highest amount of individualization to your workout program. This can be extremely beneficial for those who are looking for;
