Zoom Fitness Classes
Zoom Fitness Classes are a great way to focus on your exercise and health without having to leave the comfort of your own home. All zoom classes are delivered to you via the zoom app, or the zoom website.
Currently we are offering Group Fitness Classes at 6AM week-days. Apart from that, we are offering daily targeted training at 12pm focusing on different parts of the body 6 days per week. You will get the following: *Note - The days of these classes may vary, however the inclusions are set.

Our Zoom Sessions are designed to help members create a deeper connection to their body with specific focus on strengthening our glutes, core and back.
1 on 1 sessions can be combined with nutrition tracking to create a new kind of accountability. Or if you're Local to Australia, you can receive Group Zoom Training at 12pm AEDT everyday! Jump in with Shannon as he partakes in the classes as well.

Ever wanted to get the most out of your training session, but were sick of putting up with the huge crowds at your local gym? Sick and tired of the "odours" that come with that too. How about time issues? Don't have time to get ready and travel to the gym and back every day.
Zoom classes are perfect if you would like to get the best out of a fitness class in the comfort of your own home. All you have to do is tune in at the right time, or even afterwards via YouTube if you missed a class. You can assign as much time as you have every day.

It's really no wonder that germs and viruses are most easily spread in gyms. With the way the world is right now, it's more important than ever before, to practice safety when it comes to your health.
When doing online fitness classes, you do not have to worry about any of those "traditional" gym problems. The negative Health & Safety impacts are completely eliminated when training at home.

Training online gives you the freedom and option to train at your own pace.
