We emphasize technique, posture, and muscle to mind connection to help you achieve your fitness goals.

 

Class sizes are a maximum of 6 participants, allowing for the closest fitness community in bayside and enabling Shannon to provide as much attention as a one-on-one personal training session.

We emphasize technique here as well, moving through our core and hips to engage and strengthen our whole bodies.

 

Boxing Classes are the ultimate stress relief Shannon guarantees you will walk away with a smile on your face.
